These Terms govern purchases from novones.com, operated by Luis Limacher (Novones, Einzelunternehmen), Buckmatte 2, 5400 Baden, Switzerland, email info@novones.com. The Novones brand, name, and logo are owned by Andre Gamisch and used by the business under licence.

Products & pricing: prices are shown in the currency applicable to your selected market or region (Swiss francs for Switzerland, British pounds for the UK, Canadian dollars for Canada, Australian dollars for Australia, and US dollars for other international destinations) and are final. Currency conversion is calculated automatically at checkout. Novones is not registered for Swiss VAT, so no VAT is added or itemised. Import duties/taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility (see Shipping Policy).

Contract formation: a binding sales contract is formed when we confirm or accept your order.

Intellectual property: all website content, and the Novones name, logo, and product designs, are protected and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Novones's liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury, for unlawful intent, for gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
