Refund policy

Your rights under Swiss law: Under Swiss law there is no general statutory right to cancel or return an online purchase simply because you have changed your mind. The policy below is offered voluntarily by Novones as a goodwill gesture. It does not affect or limit your statutory warranty rights if an item is defective (see below).

30-day voluntary returns: You may return your sunglasses within 30 days of receiving them — the window starts on the delivery date, not the order date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with all protective materials intact.

How to start a return: Email info@novones.com with your order number and we will send instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Original outbound shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs: For international orders (UK, Canada, Australia, rest of world), you are responsible for return shipping costs. For Swiss orders, contact us and we will provide return instructions.

Faulty or defective items: Separately from the voluntary policy above, if your item is defective you have rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations for two years from delivery. Please contact us at info@novones.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate.
