Shipping policy

 

We currently ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and a selection of other non-EU countries. We are not shipping to European Union (EU) member states at this time. If your country is not selectable at checkout, we do not yet ship there.

Switzerland (domestic): Free shipping. Standard delivery 3–5 business days.

First drop: Our first release may open before all stock has arrived and passed quality control, so it operates as a pre-order / early-access sale. For first-drop orders, Swiss delivery may take up to 8–10 business days. Your return window begins on the day you receive your item, not the order date.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times:
— United Kingdom: CHF 15, approx. 5–7 business days
— Non-EU Europe: CHF 15, approx. 7–11 business days
— Canada: CHF 18, approx. 8–10 business days
— Australia: CHF 18, approx. 9–13 business days
— Rest of world (non-EU): CHF 18, approx. 6–23 business days depending on region

Import duties & taxes: Prices at checkout do not include any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your destination country. You, the recipient, are responsible for any such charges applied on delivery. Please check your local rules before ordering, as we cannot predict or reimburse these charges.
